Please note this sizing guide is a general rule of thumb and the clothing fits true to size. With that being said if you are in between sizes, for example, a size 5, we recommend you go up a size to a medium. Please look at the clothing's material / fit. Some items have more stretch to them with a looser fit in which case a small would be sufficient. If the item is a tighter fit with less stretch it is advised to go with a size medium.
